JOB VACANCY ‐ ROLE: AUTOMATION DRAFTING ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for great candidates for role of Drafting Engineer, with:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Getting assigned work from Asia Engineering Supervisor, or directly from US team to produce General Arrangement Drawings and detailing shop drawings for fabrication of Welded & Bolted Tanks, and other CST products such as Aluminum Dome and Steel Structure. Developing Bill of Material and Specification is required.
• Develop and maintain 3D parametric models and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor
• Create automation tools, add-ins, and scripts for Inventor
• Develop custom features using Inventor API and iLogic
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and CAD designers
• Providing technical support to other teams and communicating effectively with people within the organization.
• Performing other related duties assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Must have Bachelor of Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Excellent skill of design and drafting software 2D & 3D AutoCAD, Inventor, … is priority
• Strong experience with Autodesk Inventor
• Advanced knowledge of: Part modeling, Assembly modeling, Sheet metal, Weldments, 2D Drawings, iLogic, iPart, iAssembly
• Experience with VB.NET (knowledge of VBA or C# is an advantage)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 6.0 or above) is an advantage
