Position Summary
- Productively and safely setup, operate and adjust blaster equipment.
- Perform in-process and final inspection using various measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with fabrication team effectively
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate blaster for production needs
- Process work orders efficiently
- Maintain blaster area stations
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 0-3 Months experience
- Ability to communicate with others both written and verbally
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Read, write, speak in English
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Intermediate shop math
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints including geometric dimensioning
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to read and interpret
- Ability to do basic data entry
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Use hands/fingers to feel, must be able to operate computers, machinery, dimensional equipment.
- Climb and balance, must climb stairs and ladders.
- Stoop, kneel and crouch or crawl.
- Talk/hear, must be able to communicate with operators and management frequently and exchange accurate information.
- Lift and carry weights of 50lbs.
