Position Summary:
As a Shipping and Receiving Manager, you will have two direct reports and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient movement of goods both inbound and outbound. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, managing the loading process, ensuring proper documentation, and overseeing the receiving process. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining communication with carriers, working within an ERP systems, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing support to various departments within the organization. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, experience in logistics management, and a keen attention to detail.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee works in the office of a manufacturing plant environment with normal exposure to noise, dust, and hazards associated with working in a high traffic, heavy machinery, manufacturing plant.
Typical work week is Monday through Friday on first shift (may vary by area in department). Job requires overtime. Work hours may change at Management's discretion with prior notice.
