Description
We are looking for a Quality Analyst in world headquarters located in Kansas City, MO.

Here are some details about this position:  Perform administrative and analytical duties for the Divisional QC Department, including data collection, analysis and reporting. Assist in CST's Storage Quality and Continuous Improvement Program and specific Customer, ISO & API requirements.  Must have extensive Excel and organizational skills, prefer manufacturing background. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collection, scanning and electronic filing of Quality Documentation including Material Test Reports(MTR’s)
  • Assist and analyze timely and accurately inspection data to be able to provide concise, useful and unambiguous reports.
  • Maintain the Quality drive (Q-Drive) for the department.
  • Interface with others internal and external to the company and communicate quality problems in a professional and effective manner.
  • Review, research, and provide needed assistance and/or documentation to both internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate daily workload accurately, promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the coordination of external testing of materials and product
  • Assist in the maintenance of the ISO/API Document Control System, including the creation, revision and enhancement of documents records and efficient file support for all tasked related to achieving and maintaining various Quality Assurance Certifications.
  • Assist in the collation and analysis of monthly performance data generated from internal defects and customer complaints through QMS.
  • Assist in the coordination of the Global processes (e.g. Welder Continuity logs, Calibration logs, etc.)
  • Co-ordinate and take part in the Internal Audit Quality Program (once qualified) as an Internal Quality Auditor.
  • Play a key role in assisting the company take the step to the next level in its goal of achieving World Class Status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years Associates Degree or a solid QA administrative background required.
  • Minimum Advance Level (Expert Level preferred) in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Previous experience (Professional Certification preferred) coordinating a busy, diverse department preferably with Administrative and Project Management skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team under minimum supervision, be well organized and hold a high degree of confidentiality
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills; be detail oriented, organized, accurate, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and time critical deadlines
  • Must be able to interface with others in a professional manner.
  • The ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software programs as appropriate
  • Attend training course and acquire new qualifications as deemed necessary to perform the duties of the position.
