Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist in our DeKalb, IL location for CST Storage =. This position will report to the Manager of Dealer Support and Inside Sales, CST Storage.

Here are some details about this position: The Inside Sales representative provides customers timely information, including complete bid packages, to assist in selection process and meet customer needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide Technical Support / Liaison between, Sales, Engineering and Project Management and Channel Partners.
  • Provide customer support to Channel Partners.
  • Review Estimates, provide and maintain quoting data base, and manage projects to orders.
  • Interact with Channel Partners and End User to insure needs and products offerings are compatible.
  • Review and interpretation of the project’s engineering specification and drawings.
  • Generate accurate quotes on timely basis.
 
Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
  • Preferred 3 Years of proven Inside Sales.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering specifications and drawings.
  • Produce quotes and operate a Web Base configuration quoting system.
  • Strong organizational skills, both interpersonal and project specific.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all time.
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced professional environment.
  • High proficiency with computers skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task several projects at one time.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain a strong set of core values utilized in daily decision making.
