Description
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Northeast region. This position will report to the Director, Dry Bulk Sales, CST Storage and is an exempt position.

This position is vital to the growth of business and will be assessed based on revenue generation. Manages route to market – Rep, Dealer, Direct, OEMs, & End users to maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.  The RSM will be located within the Northeastern US near a major airport, some top locations would be Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Minneapolis, Louisville, Nashville, or St. Louis; and will travel up to 70%. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage route to market – Reps, Dealer, Direct, OEMs, End users
  • Hire, terminate, train and oversee all rep/dealer activities
  • Set region’s overall and entity-specific annual sales goals
  • Set region’s overall and entity-specific annual action plans
  • Develop key influencer relationships with the region – Engineers, Contractors, etc.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or related field
  • Willing to travel 50%+ of time, as needed
  • 5 Years of proven industrial sales
  • Similar industry experience preferred (Tank, Bulk Storage, Dry Storage, Bulk Material Handling, etc)
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Experience reporting to senior level management team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced professional environment
  • High proficiency with computers skills, including email, MS Office
