We are looking for an CST + Business Systems Analyst, individuals can work out of any CST location.

Reporting to the Vice President, CST+ Business Systems, this position provides project management and support to continuous improvement projects to accomplish measurable business process improvements. The CST+ Business Systems Analyst will facilitate implementation of lean processes across all aspects of the business.  Focus will be on improving operational excellence in all areas to accelerate performance and profitability.
 

Responsibilities 

• Improve key business metrics by supporting lean and continuous improvement activities. 
• Support operational processes to reduce scrap, improve inventory turns, ensure 95% on-time delivery to customer want date, improve and sustain product availability and reduce manufacturing lead times.
• Promote and facilitate work flow analysis and creating/implementation of standard work to achieve improvement priorities.
• Coordinate and track monthly strategy deployment activities and initiatives in support of meeting Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Continually upgrade CST+ materials, modules and processes focused on lean processes.
• Drive and support best practices in all areas of responsibility.
• Facilitate efforts to reduce set-up time and increase throughput to achieve and sustain 95% OTD through the use of deployment and strategic business growth.
• Educate and engage team members by facilitating lean daily management training and development programs.
• Oversee organizational participation in lean initiatives to achieve metrics.
• Drive team member participation (including process experts) in lean initiatives.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five or more years’ experience in a fast paced environment with assignments in continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to learn and apply lean concepts and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team oriented with the ability to influence others.
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and time management skills
